The world is full of rich men, but how many of them really affect every aspect of our daily lives? The following ten people all have the ability to change the way we live, work and think about our world.
1 & 2) Larry Page and Sergey Brin
The founders of Google have built their Yahoo search engine breaking in a growing empire, showing no signs of slowing. Page and Brin have an amazing talent for making good decisions and as a result were able to move into the online advertising market, television and other markets, all seen to rise during their storage continue. Rupert Murdoch is a man who understands the value of good content. The australian businessman and his Fox Corporation has several of the most coveted film companies, newspapers and television stations in the world. Never be afraid to go against the grain, Murdoch has seen an influential figure for his sharp understanding of what the "masses" want in their news and entertainment. 4) Bill Gates
Although he resigned as chairman of Microsoft in 2000 and moved time work at the company in 2006 to separate, it would be difficult to imagine that Gates to be a force in the business world, for the rest of his life will not continue. He and his wife Melinda currently make an imprint on the world through their charitable deeds in Africa and in other points around the globe. Raising the quality of life for the population of the world certainly makes Bill Gates as influential as they come. 5) Steve Jobs
How much does Steve Jobs mean to Apple and the economy as a whole? If recent rumors that Jobs was very ill with an unspecified illness surfaced (it later turned out not to be true) lost Apple stock a good deal of its value - despite almost a record for this quarter! It's hard to deny the influence of a man who so radically the computer industry (Apple) has changed the music business (iPod), the mobile phone industry (iPhone) and even Hollywood (Pixar Studios). 6) Larry Ellison
The founder of database giant Oracle system, reshaped Ellison the way we use computers and access to information. And while many would simply rested on their laurels (and hundreds of millions of dollars) Ellison continues to look for new ways to invent the technology sector again. Ellison buys software company, which he believes have industry-changing potential, and then uses its own drive and muscle to lead to profitability. 7) Warren Buffett
Each of world leaders and blue-haired old ladies hanging on every word that comes from Warren Buffett in his mouth. Why? Need credibility check? Warren Buffett is currently the second richest man in America. 8 and 9) Jerry Yang and David Filo
The founders of Yahoo have wholeheartedly with Google and its seemingly endless onslaught dealing in recent years their hands had of innovation, but Yang and Filo are still forces to be expected in the Internet business. You have several strategic partnerships formed that have changed the way people get their information online -. And on Yahoo! advance as one of the most important companies of the 21st century 10) Steven Spielberg
Much more than a producer and director Steven Spielberg uses to be a trendsetter and a trendsetter in the entertainment industry. In a Hollywood world where you are only as good as your last hit, Spielberg has had incredible longevity - banging out after more than 30 years hit hit. And if the studios things could not get done to his satisfaction, he started his own, forming DreamWorks Studios with partners (and fellow influencers) Jeffery Katzenberg and David Geffen.
