I've done Whey Protein shakes for six weeks, and I found it to be significantly useful to shed extra pounds.   As we age, our bodies slows metabolism down.  If you are deficient in protein, this is just another way for the body to "Crave" foods with empty calories.  In my life I do not dare to eat meat.  If I do eat I meat as a treat.  Poultry on the other hand, I eat in small amounts.  I buy organic chicken since it's "just" protein I will consume.  Fish is a great option, but I'm afraid about mercury.   I keep the fish to about 1 or 2 x a week.  : I packages of fruit and vegetables in my diet.   Like anything else, if my fruits and veggies is a not synchronized, wind up getting wgt due to overloading of the sugared fruit corrected.  OK so now what do I do?  I decided to try WHEY protein.   But in order to do this, I new I was going to have to cut all of the sugar. My morning cookie and coffee had to be a thing of the past for losing weight the right way.

my first night of detox was incredible ... that little cookie and chocolate which gave me my energy gain was weighing me.  I actually thought I "needed" cookie, so I realized I was addicted to sugar. I woke up the next day refreshed and more energy.  Sugar necessary in my daily routine anymore.

the next day, I started "drink" Whey protein shake it is ... I hope that I can replace 1 shake every meal and pray that i can stay in full for an affordable meal.

my shake the story is a recipe that really helped me brake through hunger and gave my body needs protein as it was missing.  I am doing this shake 1 time a day and I have managed to loose belly fat.

the Whey protein that I use is a chocolate powder ... already yummy!  Only 140 calories per scoop.  24 g of protein and the kicker is ... 2 g sugar.

1 4 oz Cup of almond milk 45 calories vanilla
1 scoop of whey protein powder chocolate 140 calories
1 4 oz Cup of frozen strawberries or banana 100 calories
* mixture on high 1 full minute.

* * * shake should be thick and chocolate as "mac Donalds consistency ... lol

if the shake is too thick, add a few more almond milk or ice water and re mix high until you get the ultimate" smoothie "mix.  I drink my Whey in shape by going to the gym to "pump iron!"

now after 2 months of WHEY I am convinced this is what my body was missing. I need WHEY PROTEIN NUTRITION!
I lost 3-4 pounds and I am able to keep the off...no more bloating stomach fat!
