I would like to give you a wonderful lady who has so much to be self-employed. Terry Ruvo a New york based artist, but his own art is not on canvas but women faces, skin and body.  Founder of online skjønnhetssalong-eye on beauty and publisher of GREEN Magazine , Terry if you meet her exhibitions so much passion for his career. I met her on the Web and decided to find out more about her. 

Terry eye on beauty online store was established in 2008 to give people the choice of buy Paraben & cruelty free beauty products.  This store sells categories of skin care, makeup brands, jewelry, Tye-dye t shirts, hand made personal perfume oils for both men and women. She said most of her products are so competitive that you might not be able to get them in other stores. Because of the high cost of shipping, she can only deliver to the citizens of the United States now. 

' ' eye on beauty is all about wearing your natural beauty in your heart, soul and body ' ' says Terry!  I asked her how she takes into account her male clients satisfactory. 

' ' men love personal beauty gifts ' ' she said.  This means that the store doing custom t-shirts, jewelry no one has for her male clients and they love every bit of it. It's also perfume oils for couples and lovers who love to shop together like to pamper the body.

now, if you've met Terry in some of the social networks, you must have observed her passion for MAKEUPS and its programs. This is where I think her Confession of being an artist plays a major role.  Terry said:-"Makeup is my color palette, and the face is my blank canvas". See what I mean people? Seriously? This lady can do a lot of art work with makeups on the face. Trust me ... I know! Just like a great painter/artist shows her skills on the canvas.   Terry can go a day without makeup? Jacqui asked.   ' ' Not ' ' she loves wearing ' ' naked ' ' palette everyday. She confessed that she can't do without Mascara and colored moisturizer. this margarita goes back to basics, refuses to be adulterated by the corn-syrup-heavy, neon green mixes you see on store shelves. ingredients:
1½ ounces organic tequila
1 ounce Cointreau or triple sec (or a splash of organic OJ)
1½ ounces organic lime juice (from a large organic lime)
1 teaspoon organic agave syrup (optional)
coarse salt and an organic lime slice for garnish directions:

my mom the list 5 rules to swear by

my mom's need to stay healthly.  With a long list of things to do for family and children, can not forget about mom itself.  Here are some things to get my mom's back on track for Mother's Day and every day.

1.  sleeping rules the roost!

sleep is number one on the chart.  Practice relaxation techniques throughout the day. Go to t he bag becomes easier.  Sticking to a schedule will keep forever the clock in shape.  We set a routine that is appropriate for children-and this routine is a good place for my mom.


2.   Physical Fitness -comes after sleep is sufficient.  I just go to the gym when I have sufficient sleep.  Exercise only works when the body can tolerate physical activity without damage.   A simple routine (there's that Word again!)  Daily activity should be prescribed as a way of life.   20 minutes a day works for most.  10 minutes cardio and 10 minutes weight training.

3.  eating right/healthy nutrition -back to the basics. without confusion.   The basic food groups are a good way to start.  3 basic simple meals.  Eating handful of palm size portions.  Eat what comes from the Earth.  Fruits, vegetables, proteins, grains.  Please eat organic as much as possible.  If you stick to the basics, you will be emotionally and physically stronger.  For me, this is the ultimate way to be sexy!

4.  have fun -be not too serious about anything ... even if a situation grim there is always a way to change it.   Working towards a goal and achieve small daily goals makes me stay positive.  So I reward myself, I give me something that suits my fancy!   Draw a weekender spontaneous vacation with a loved one.  Just buy a new pair of shoes, or sharing in the wonderful things about life with a large glass of wine!

5. the bitterness out - healthy heart in -Here is no room for bitterness in my life or should it be in your.  Remember, it is easier to make war than to make love.  This is the reason why people hold grudges.  Nag and judging is not part of my world.  It is not a part of God's world.  So live and let live.  Be, be nice.  Have to love yourself and others, by cutting and give people to grow and find their way.   Give the type of spirit and support to others-to do this, Act on it.  It is good for the heart!

painful periods ?  Drinkdouble-strength Chamomile tea, add three or four cloves or ginger if necessary . Also use the same tea as a bath or as a covers used on the lower part of the stomach. Take the marigold, Chamomile or peppermint tea regularly for two weeks in advance to avoid the tension build .

premenstrual tension and painful breasts ? Drink Sage and fennel tea and use the compress or poultice of Chamomile or Marigold. r water retention, use parsley, juniper berries or corn silk. Parsley is also useful for regulating periods.

vaginal thrush ? make the bath or douche garlic vinegar or marigold tea.

Menopause ? drink cold Sage tea for hot flashes. Take the oats and parsley for depression and general support.
