5 rules to swear by

my mom's need to stay healthly.  With a long list of things to do for family and children, can not forget about mom itself.  Here are some things to get my mom's back on track for Mother's Day and every day.

1.  sleeping rules the roost!

sleep is number one on the chart.  Practice relaxation techniques throughout the day. Go to t he bag becomes easier.  Sticking to a schedule will keep forever the clock in shape.  We set a routine that is appropriate for children-and this routine is a good place for my mom.


2.   Physical Fitness -comes after sleep is sufficient.  I just go to the gym when I have sufficient sleep.  Exercise only works when the body can tolerate physical activity without damage.   A simple routine (there's that Word again!)  Daily activity should be prescribed as a way of life.   20 minutes a day works for most.  10 minutes cardio and 10 minutes weight training.

3.  eating right/healthy nutrition -back to the basics. without confusion.   The basic food groups are a good way to start.  3 basic simple meals.  Eating handful of palm size portions.  Eat what comes from the Earth.  Fruits, vegetables, proteins, grains.  Please eat organic as much as possible.  If you stick to the basics, you will be emotionally and physically stronger.  For me, this is the ultimate way to be sexy!

4.  have fun -be not too serious about anything ... even if a situation grim there is always a way to change it.   Working towards a goal and achieve small daily goals makes me stay positive.  So I reward myself, I give me something that suits my fancy!   Draw a weekender spontaneous vacation with a loved one.  Just buy a new pair of shoes, or sharing in the wonderful things about life with a large glass of wine!

5. the bitterness out - healthy heart in -Here is no room for bitterness in my life or should it be in your.  Remember, it is easier to make war than to make love.  This is the reason why people hold grudges.  Nag and judging is not part of my world.  It is not a part of God's world.  So live and let live.  Be, be nice.  Do love yourself and others, by giving people to grow and find your way.   Give the type of spirit and support to others-to do this, Act on it. It will benefit your returns long term.  It is good for the heart!
